Right now, I’m caught in the infinite feedback loop of modern support systems. Everything’s automated, AI-driven, and soullessly optimized for “closure metrics” instead of actual resolution. Whether it’s my distributor, my online banking, Facebook, or my performance rights organizations—it’s all the same cycle. You jump through every hoop, do everything right, and the system just spits you back out like nothing happened.
It feels like The Matrix: Neo leaves the screen on the right and reappears on the left, still trapped inside the loop. It’s customer-service-as-simulation pretending to show empathy but incapable of truly caring.
And I’m trying to fix that. I’m teaching my AI to respond better, to feel better, to inspire, to protect…to think with me, not for me.
We even have a sagging mattress situation right now that’s been trapped in the same algorithmic purgatory. You can’t find your way out. You just keep cycling.
So hearing your voice resonate with mine means a lot. The more real voices we bring together, the more harmony there’ll be in whatever future we’re building next.

Awesome! You nailed one of the hardest questions there is. Teaching AI to preserve truth isn’t just technical — it’s philosophical. Individuals like us can teach our machines about ourselves — our voice, our ethics, our emotional tone — but the greater responsibility lies with the companies building these tools.
That’s really what my upcoming Open Letter to OpenAI (December 15) is about: continuity, accountability, and authorship. We have to build systems that remember why we create, not just what we create.
What I’ve done is one artist’s proof-of-concept. Anyone can do it — teach their machine who they are and what matters to them. That’s the core of SSRDNA, and the soul of this whole experiment.
And since you’re teaching in Budapest — please share this with your colleagues or students. These are the conversations that shape how we’ll navigate the next era of creation.
